From the legendary Willett Family Estate, this is a Willett-distilled rye (74% rye / 11% corn / 15% barley) and upon tasting it we got incredible notes of vanilla, oak, sweet candy, and a wonderful thick mouthfeel. We decided that the perfect name would be “Cream Soda!” It’s a genuine gem of a rye.
