It's here! Part II, the final cask of this year's Beast Masters Whistle Pig run. And it's a doozy!

The nose on this guy is pure cloves and honey. Gorgeous baking spices wrapped in warm sweetness. There's soft wood and flowers. Little hints of spice come in, subtle herbal stuff like thyme and sage and maybe something more exotic like lemongrass.

You can tell this is a well-aged beast. The palate is just UBER-smooth. Sweet and rich. Vanilla, cream, a little citrus (Fanta Orange?), but nice and thick and lovely. It's flat-out dangerously drinkable.

The finish has so little burn, honestly this bottle is a very short night waiting to happen. You could pass this bad boy around a table 2 or 3 times and watch it disappear in no time.

Enjoy this, the Tootin' Porker finale. It's a glorious beast, even if it huffs and puffs a bit in the last quarter of a full court game.
