The last of the unicorns! This third One-Eight Distilling Unicorn is just that, the final barrel in a baller series.

The nose is all kinds of candy bar wrapped up in wood. Super caramel bomb. Twix Bar! With a bunch of oak wrapped around it. Who knew Oak Twix Bars would be so goddamn yummy! The palate comes in just lovely with lots of wood, deep deep charred oak, some beautiful tobacco, leather, and little pops of floral notes - lilac? Something like that.

The finish is fucking MONEY, just brings everything together with sweet caramel blending into cocoa, little more of those floral notes, a tiny hint of spice, lots of honey, molasses, going into a sort of creamy hot chocolate thing, and finally ends with lovely wood.

Another super small yield, so one bottle limit.
