One year older than our "Leather Jacket" 1982 and, if anything, a step up. Mouracs is elegance first: delicate, wildly smooth, and then the layers start — French oak, rancio, melting prunes and raisins, deep stone fruit, old-club leather polish, maduro cigar, and flickers of exotic spice (za'atar, garam masala) you catch and lose and catch again. The finish just keeps pulling you in.
