The third bottle in our Major Beaver series, Sergeant Stache, is here! Master Sergeant Harvey Handlebar is the disciplinarian of the Beaver Squadron. Mercilessly strict, he makes sure that flight suits are pressed, formations are tight, and penetration into enemy territory is swift and effective. Sergeant Stache is the veteran of the group, having seen more than his share of action. He's grissled, tough, and ready for anything. If backup is hundreds of miles away and you're surrounded by hostiles, he's got the experience, the strategy, and the gumption to see the mission through. This barrel follows suit. Think of Sergeant Stache as the George T. Stagg of the bunch. It's a straight up assault on flavor. The nose comes out of the glass with wood, spice, and sweets: oak bark, honey, cinnamon sticks, pink peppercorns, birch smoke. The palate follows suit with huge wood, bbq smoke, super punchy oak. The finish is strikingly long-lasting, more of the same with bark, some slappy root beer, hot chiles, lemons, honey, and red hots. It's a massively woody flavor-bomb and one of the most flavor-forward of the whole bunch. If you're already two bottles deep, then keep your collection going with Sergeant Stache. If this is your first score of the Major Beaver collection, it's your lucky day.

Stay sharp out there... Stachey sharp!
