Our first-ever L'Encantada cask was a Lassalle '92. Then the '91. This '88 is the best of the line. It’s a serious flavor-bomb: lively tart cherry, grapes, peaches and plums, spice and a fresh char that reads like a bourbon barrel. Dangerously drinkable, and you know you're drinking cask strength.
